Pursuant to Prospectus Rule 5.2 Blue Planet Financials Growth & Income
Investment Trust No 1 plc ("the Company") sets out below a brief description of
the information published throughout the 12 months up to and including 31st
March 2010 by or for the Company.
In accordance with Article 27.3 of the Prospectus Directive, it is acknowledged
