Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Blue
Planet Financials Growth & Income Investment Trust Nos 1-10 plc ('the Company')
hereby notifies that, as at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued
share capital consists of 13,667,700 ordinary shares of 1p with each share
carrying the right to one vote.
The Company holds no share units in treasury. The total number of voting rights
in the Company, as at the date of this announcement, is therefore 13,667,700.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
