Blue Planet Financials Growth & Income Investment Trust No's 1-10 PLC (the
'Company') announces that 5,600 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in each
Trust are today issued to trading on the Official List of the London Stock
Exchange pursuant to the exercise of warrants on 31 July 2010.
The Company now holds no ordinary shares in treasury and the total number of
ordinary shares in issue following the warrant exercise and the issue of new
shares is 13,667,700 ordinary shares. The total number of voting rights in the
company is therefore 13,667,700.
The above figure (13,667,700) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
