On 25/06/2012 the company purchased 10,000 of its ordinary shares for 23.0 pence per share and 4,700 at 24.0 pence per share which will be held as treasury shares.
 
The total number of treasury shares held is 63,825.
 
The total ordinary shares in issue after deducting treasury shares are 49,718,155.
