Publication of Prospectus

The board of the Company announces that it has today published a prospectus
("Prospectus") relating to the issue of shares pursuant to the merger of the
Company, Blue Planet Worldwide Financials Investment Trust plc and Blue Planet
Financials Growth & Income Investment Trusts Nos (1 - 10) plc.

A copy of the Prospectus has been submitted to the Financial Services Authority
and will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism,
which is located at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. A copy of the Prospectus will
also be available from the Company's website at www.blueplanet.eu.
